The personal data provided is processed by TORREJÓN SALUD, S.A., as the data controller, for the management of health care systems and services. Specifically, your data will be processed to:

• Manage your request for registration in the health portal and that you can access your documentation / health information
• Manage the processes necessary for health and health monitoring activity in any of the centers of Ribera Salud
• Allow communication with your medical team and exchange of information or documents
• Manage possible suggestions for the improvement of the health portal, trying to offer you a personalized solution
• Carry out surveys regarding the operation of the services provided by Ribera Salud, as well as evaluate the quality levels by users
• Send you information on healthy lifestyle habits, health promotion campaigns and other information of interest for your health and well-being, through the communication channels of Ribera Salud

The legal basis that legitimizes the processing of these data is the execution of a health care contract, as well as, where appropriate, compliance with a legal obligation applicable to the person responsible for the treatment (Law 14/1986, of April 25, General of Health; Law 41/2002, of November 14, basic regulator of the autonomy of the patient and of rights and obligations regarding information and clinical documentation). In the case of data processing to send information of interest to your health and well-being through the communication channels of Ribera Salud, the basis of legitimation will be the unequivocal consent expressed by checking the corresponding box.

The data collected will be kept as long as they are necessary to guarantee adequate healthcare for patients during the legally established deadlines. The data collected for the submission of information of interest for your health and well-being will be kept as long as the rights of deletion or opposition are not exercised.

Personal data will not be transferred to third parties except in the cases provided for in current legislation.

Users whose data are subject to treatment may freely exercise their rights of access, rectification, deletion, portability, limitation or, where appropriate, opposition to data processing, in the terms provided in the current applicable legislation on data protection. These rights may be exercised by directing a written communication, duly signed, accompanied by a photocopy of the DNI to the following address: C/ Mateo Inurria, s/n (Soto del Henares), (CP 28850), or through the following email: dpotorrejon@riberasalud.es.
