To manage your request to register on the hospital’s website so you can access your healthcare documents/information.
To conduct satisfaction surveys on the healthcare you receive as a patient or user of the HOSPITAL DE TORREJON and its dependent centres. These surveys will allow us to improve the standard of care we provide in our health centres. To do so, we will use the information you provide to get in contact with you so that you can, if you wish, answer our surveys on quality.
Sending promotional health campaigns related to your healthcare profile as well as other health information of general interest.
Contacting patients or users for appointments, collecting contact information, and requesting the documents necessary for our administrative management.

Your data will be processed in accordance with the consent provided below. They will not be transferred to third parties apart from in the circumstances envisaged by current legislation. Users whose data is subject to processing may freely exercise their rights to access and information, rectification, erasure, or, where applicable, opposition to the use of their data, in accordance with the provisions set forth in the General Regulation for the Protection of Personal Data. These rights may be exercised by writing a signed letter along with a photocopy of your personal identity document to TORREJON SALUD S.A. The data of users whose data have been processed may be stored until such time as the data subject exercises his/her right of erasure and opposition.
